15% Online Buyers Premium. A 15% buyers premium is added to the highest bid to determine the final sales price.
Example: $20,000 bid plus 15% ($3,000) equals a total purchase price of $23,000.

The successful bidder must sign a non contingent auction contract within 24 hours of the auctions end and pay a down payment equal to 20% of the gross sales price.
Closing must take place within 30 days of the auctions end.
